Alien-Inc is a 3D strategy and simulation game developed in Unity for PC (Windows), featuring both first-person and third-person gameplay perspectives. The player takes on the role of an astronaut living on a distant planet and manages a laboratory where aliens are created, evolved, and utilized. These aliens can either be sold through interplanetary trade or assigned to work in tasks such as mining to support the player’s progression. Each alien species has three life stages—baby, young, and adult, along with different attributes such as speed and strength. They are also categorized into rarity tiers like common, rare, epic, and legendary, adding progression depth and collection motivation to the experience.

To produce aliens, players must collect DNA and dinosaur eggs. DNA is obtained through interplanetary trade, while dinosaur eggs are acquired from five different dinosaur incubation zones, each requiring specific bait types. Using the in-game computer system, players can manage market purchases, cargo shipments, spaceship logistics, unlocking incubation areas, and even email interactions. Once the correct bait is delivered, dinosaurs become distracted, allowing players to steal eggs safely—otherwise, the dinosaurs become aggressive and dangerous.

As the game progresses, players unlock new exploration and transportation methods, including bus, plane, and teleporter, each improving travel speed and expanding access to new regions. These mechanics deepen the strategic layer of the game through resource management, risk–reward decision-making, and long-term planning.

Alien-Inc is a solo-developed project. I was responsible for the entire development process, including the core idea, game design, programming, gameplay systems, mechanics, and overall game structure.
